Terms of Sale

4Sportscards.com is operated by GlobalFone Technology Consultants, Inc., doing business as 4Sportscards, Queens, New York (“we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our items

• We sell collectible sports cards, telephone cards, sealed boxes, packs and complete sets.
• For single cards, the photos show the actual card you will receive, front and back.
• Condition descriptions (for example “Near Mint”) are our honest opinion. Grading is subjective, and buyers may judge condition differently. For professionally graded cards, the grade is the grading company’s, not ours.
• Colors can look slightly different on different screens.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Payment is made by card through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• New York sales tax is added to orders shipped to New York addresses, as required by law. Shipping charges are shown before you pay.

3. Availability and order acceptance

• Most items are one of a kind or in limited quantity. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
• In the rare case that an item sells out before your payment is completed, we will cancel that item and refund it in full.
• We may cancel an order (with a full refund) because of an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping options, handling times and the rules for untracked envelope shipping are in our Shipping Policy. Untracked envelope shipments travel entirely at the buyer’s risk.

6. Payment disputes

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at john@globalfonetc.com. We will work with you to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay a resolution.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including changes in a card’s market value.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
